Description
A selection of mostly humorous poems depicting 2020 and its lockdowns.
Born and raised in Pitsmoor, Sheffield, Wayne developed a taste for the stage, and joined the 53 Theatre Group in his early twenties.
He then went on to perform with Manor Operatic Society and Ellesmere MTC, gaining a reputation as a singer, actor and stand up comedian.
Inspired by Pam Ayres, he began to write humorous poems for family and friends.
This is his first step into the world of published poetry.
